I’m so over Fios and this **** internet. It’s laughable how much they charge my parents for there services and it just flat out doesn’t work.

@optimum @OptimumHelp after 3 weeks of no service. 4 tech's that could not help, I finally have service, but I'm being charged twice for a single appointment. Line fixed was outside from tap. Why am I even being charged?? Might be time to switch over to fios!!

@verizonfios @verizonsupport disconnected my internet on the FIRST day of the billing cycle & then billed for a full month I couldnt use. Support reassures me charges will be dropped in the final bill. 2 mths later I receive the final bill. Now I owe the full month PLUS late fees

@OptimumHelp that person basically told me that my bill would go up again in a few months & my understanding is that the only way to pay less for internet is to downgrade the internet I have, but ultimately I'd still be paying the same amount later for worse service 🙃 What's up @verizonfios?
